A great concept as it allows you to search only a specific group of sites related to your topic. The best results would probably come from personal use because you are aware of the sites included and don't have to search the masses of sites from a google search. The instructions from the Learning 2.0 home page were very helpful.

Library thing

Library thing is a great tool and fun to use! I did find it a little unclear as to how to merge it into my blog so I consulted a fellow collegue for help. I even had my first comment from Lynette but as I was unhappy with the format I decided to delete it and do it again, however I didnt realise that it would also delete the comment! (Sorry Lynette! but I remember what you said!) Now onto Rollyo...

Learning about online generators has been great fun!! I've spent hours on different sites veiwing the endless possibilities before I found this site.

RSS

It was good to learn about RSS and newsfeeds as I have never heard about that partcular technology. It may be something that I wouldn't use, but it's good to have some knowledge about it particularly if people in the library ask about it. It was easy to use and the instructional clips were really helpful.

#7 Blog about technology

I recently discovered youtube.com and found that it was a great site! I had fun veiwing old music clips from the eighties like Michael Jackson doing the 'moonwalk'. I found it easy to search and though the quality of the picture may not be 100% it was great to sing along to some classic songs from when I was a teenager.

How exciting that I now have my own blog......but I can't think of anything to say! I recently moved into a new house with no foxtel and I miss watching Will & Grace on a sunday morning......Is anyone a fan of the show?
